Do you offer ready-made clothes?
No, all our outfits are custom-made as per your measurements. We don’t follow a bulk production model — each piece is stitched on order to ensure perfect fit and comfort.
How do I place an order?
You can place your order directly through our WhatsApp or Instagram by selecting the design and submitting your measurements. Once the payment is made, we begin the tailoring process.
How do I send my measurements?
We provide a simple measurement guide with images. You can fill it in and share it with us, or we can schedule a virtual measurement session to assist you.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we don’t offer COD. All orders must be prepaid. However, we offer a 10% discount on prepaid orders as a thank you.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since each piece is custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds. However, we do offer free alteration within 7 days of delivery, if needed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Additional charges for international shipping, customs, and duties will be borne by the customer.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Custom orders typically take 7–12 working days to complete. Shipping time depends on your location and delivery method chosen.
